Actually we want to sell arrowroot bulbs in tuber condition, because of through the expedition that takes the fastest 3-4 days and the longest 7 days if the expedition is blocked on the street. Certainly the tuber condition is not fresh anymore, maybe even dry and not good to boil. Because of that reason we decided that our arrowroot bulbs must process in the flour of arrowroot starch .

For arrowroot flour, arrowroot bulbs are cleaned from the skin of the arrowroot epidermis and immediately immersed in water so as not to oxidize and change color. Then after that the bulbs are dried in the sun or dried in a way in the oven until the water content is 10% then the dried bulb is directly milled then sifted / filtered and then ready to packed.
For arrowroot starch, arrowroot bulbs are cleaned from the skin of the arrowroot epidermis and immediately immersed in water so as not to oxidize and change color. Then the arrowroot bulbs immediately milled soft and squeezed the dregs so that formed a liquid which is then allowed to stand for 12 hours to occur sediment. After 12 hours of silence will be formed sediment. Well the precipitate is taken and dried by using the oven or in drying under the sun. After drying with water content of about 10% and then softened again and then sieved / filtered so that the resulting starch is soft as soft as baby powder and then packed.
